Color Compensating Filters

Color Compensating filters control light in the blue, green, and red regions of the visible region, and include the cyan series and magenta series.

Cyan Filters

Cyan filters selectively absorb the red region and the near-infrared region, and suffer no fading due to light sources. Their applications include sensitivity compensation for camera tubes, exposure meters, etc.
